First date is always special, so keep it that way. There are many things you should never do on a first date. Continue reading to know more.
1. Do not be fake Do not be fake, if you are meeting someone for the first time. Agreed, you would want to leave a lasting impression on that person. But, being someone else will not help you. Be as you are, because that matters the most. Behaving fake might leave a bad impression on your date.
2. Do not talk about your ex It is not a good idea to talk about your ex on your first date. Your first date is all about you and your date, sowhy get your ex in between. Know your date properly, and then confide in him aboutyour ex. This should happenon the third or fourth meeting.
3. Do not feel nervous It is natural to get nervous, if it’s your first date. But, nervousness can also ruin your date. So, act confident when you are meeting your date. It is a good idea to be relaxed; this will also help you to communicate in a better way.
4. Do not dress inappropriately The way you dress on your first date is important. So, donot overdo your dressing. Do not choose clothes that are too casual. Also, do not choose clothes which are tooformal. Choose clothes which can make you look stylish and classy at the same time.
5. Talk politely Talk politely with your date. The way you talk to your date will have a great impacton him. Do not be rude or arrogant with him, this wouldbe a turn off.
6. Do not answer your phone calls If you cannot live without your phone, then this tip is for you. While on a first date, do not answer your calls. Do not chat on your phone while talking to your date. This behavior is akin to ignoring him, which he will not like at all.
7. Do not reveal much Even if you have developed a comfort level with your date, do not reveal much. First date is all about formal introduction. Once you know that he is the one for you, share your inner feelings with him.
8. Do not talk about love and sex It’s just your first date, so what is the hurry to talk about love and sex. Do not show yourself to be desperate. It is important to be casual about such things when you are on your first date. Its best if u dont pretend 4 your own benefit
