Final year UNILAG undergraduate dies in hostel

A 500-level undergrad of the University of Lagos, Odusami Matthew, has kicked the bucket in the wake of drooping at the Biobaku Hostel.

Matthew, a student at the Estate Management Department, was playing football with some of his companions on Friday when he drooped.

He was apparently hurried to the school's restorative focus where he was affirmed dead on landing.

Our reporter was informed that the remaining parts of the student had been stored at the Lagos University Teaching Hospital, Idi-Araba.

At the point when our reporter went to the lodging on Monday, one of the inhabitants affirmed that the occurrence happened around 4pm.

He said, "He stayed in this lodging. Around 4pm, he chose to play football with some of his companions. He was not handled nor was he with the ball when he given way.

An associate of the casualty, who addressed our reporter at the Faculty of Environmental Sciences, said Matthew cried that his head was hardened before he kicked the bucket.
