A right career choice takes people towards a life full of comfort and enjoyment and at the same time a wrong career choice can push a person towards failure, tension and depression. A little effort and thoughtfulness if invested during the time of choosing the career destination will bring prosperity for the years to come. Career choice is one of the most important decisions in our life. Asking yourself which career suites you the best is itself the start of making such a great decision in one’s life. We need money for survival, happiness for maintaining peace of mind and respect to stand out in the society. Your professional life should be good enough in order to offer you enough money, peace as well as the status you deserve in the society.

A career which suites best for your friend might not suite you. It is because profession differs from person to person. Different individuals carry different tastes, choices, skills, talent and personality. Keeping in mind all these factors, one should decide on choosing the career for life. Some people wants a stable career throughout their life while some want a career that helps them explore differences. A career differs from person to person and so its selection also matters for each individual separately.

So in order to find out what suits you, first find out the type of personality you carry. So better go for a personality check at the beginning. Find out if you are a strategic thinker, a logician, a commander, a debater, a mystic person, a mediator, an inspiring leader, a social animal, a defender, a managing person, a valiant master of tools, a person loving dance, music, etc. If you find in which personality you belong, then half of your work is almost done.

In order to find out the career choice, take help and advice from the people who are already working as professionals. If your personality meets theirs then you can take further interest. Sometimes even if your personality has got no link with theirs but if you still like what they do, then you can obviously go for it. But mostly jobs depend on personality, so mostly take help of people who carry a unique personality like yours. Whenever you try knowing the career, if the career type really attracts you, then you may proceed further, if the job description seems too boring to you, then of course, you should not get into. Even if sometimes the career seems attractive, do not just be blind and embrace it. Make sure you find out its demand in the market, the salary it will offer in present as well as in the near future, its future scope and facilities you will get as an employee working in the particular position. Because once you take up with a particular career, it will be difficult for you to switch after a long time interval. Do select a career that proves its power in present as well as in the future too.
Values matter to every personality. Every individual has got different values in their life. Some may give more importance in the luxury while some may want a simple and peaceful life somewhere in the countryside. A person’s belief and ethics differ from one to another. We spend most of the time in office than with our family. So the type of work culture and its ethics should match with ours. Then only we will be able to lead a life of our choice. So while selecting the job, make sure the nature of the job is able to take up your nature and your beliefs.

Your career choice has to meet up your educational qualification too. Find out the different types of careers that belong to your educational field. Sometimes what happens is, you like a career that does not match your educational background. If still, you are eligible to apply for that particular job, then you should obviously go for that. Because doing what you like makes a lot of senses. If you select a straight career that matches your educational background, but you do not like the job, then it actually a failure. Never compel yourself to do what you do not like. Because your work describes you. And if you do not like the description of your own, it is a waste.

A job best liked by you can be maintained only when you have the desired skill sets to work in the particular job. If your skill set matches the job profile you love the most, then that is the best thing that will happen ever. But if it does not match , then you have to develop the skills by undergoing certain corporate training. You should go for technical certification of the skills whether it be big data, SalesForce or digital marketing needed for getting into your favourite jobs.

Considering your ambition in life, your responsibilities towards your family, whether you want to work in future or you want to have a business of your own, you should make sure that you set up into a career that fulfills all your expectations and helps you to maintain your responsibilities.
As much as most teachers in high school would hope that an app could be created which would keep students from cheating on tests so they wouldn’t have to keenly invigilate them, we regret to inform you that this app isn’t for them. Yet there certainly is an app that can very much help when it comes to a very different type of cheating. With TheOneSpy, people can say goodbye to the much detested private investigators that are a pain to hire and even a bigger pain to get information out of. With TheOneSpy app at work, you don’t need to worry about being lured into a false sense of security and hope. If your partner is cheating on you, you can find out for sure without having a sword in the form of being discovered hanging over your head all the time. All you have to do is go online and make a purchase of our fabulous spy app off of our website, install it onto your partner’s smartphone and voila! You’re all good to go.

With your computer working as the portal where all the data being recorded onto the servers via the target device i.e. your partner’s smartphone, you can access all that you need off of your partner’s smartphone in order to know whether or not is your partner cheating on you. Additionally, if your partner unfortunately is cheating on you, you can very simply just used the data you have accumulated using the spy app as evidence to finally weed the truth out of the lying waste of breathe and space and finally move on from a life of misery because no one deserves to live with someone who cannot return your love and ardor.

What TheOneSpy Can Do For You!
When you put TheOneSpy at work to find out whether or not your partner is cheating on you, here is the sort of information it can provide to you so you can easily put two and two together and be out of those fiery trenches as soon as humanly possible.

⦁ Bugging
Perhaps one of the best features TheOneSpy has to offer its clients is bugging. With our microphone and Camera bugs at work, you do not need to wonder what your partner is doing at any given time and who is he or she talking to or meeting. All you have to do is turn the camera and microphone bug on remotely whenever you feel like it and you are good to go.

⦁ Tap Calls
Another feature unique to TheOneSpy is the access it grants its user to listen in to live calls in real-time that are taking place between the user of the target device and whoever it is on the other side. This way, when you intercept your partner’s call you can know for sure whether or not is your partner really dabbling in the ways of a cheater or is it just a feeling that you have.

⦁ Read Text Messages
Text messaging may be quite handy but at times it is the boon of a married life. It is an essential through which people can deep lengthy conversations private since the soundless words provide a discreet cover to whatever is being discussed. TheOneSpy can provide you with an inlet into what is your other half texting and to whom he or she is texting so you can know for sure whether you are being cheated upon or not. The same goes for their social media platforms like Whatsapp, Line and Facebook.

⦁ Scan Call Logs
Even though TheOneSpy grants you the opportunity to listen in on live calls, if you happen to miss one of them, you can always look through the call logs provided to you by TheOneSpy on regular basis in order to ensure that you partner is not calling anybody he or she is not supposed to.

⦁ GPS Locator
Along with bugs, you can discover the exact location of your other half using the GPS locator, no matter what they have told you they were going to be. This is a great tool to catch cheating partners in action without having to physically be there to see what is going on.
The general population (the three officials) are alive to exhibit their own clarifications or proof." Buhari's against union war not specific In another advancement, Ambassador Entwistle, has said the continuous hostile to debasement war of President Muhammadu Buhari was not particular, saying the President had done what he ought to do. Entwistle, who expressed this in an a meeting with select columnists in Abuja, weekend, said: "I don't concur (that the war is specific). I have a considerable measure of appreciation for President Buhari on the debasement issue. He made it clear amid the battles that he was going to make that his core interest. "He has done precisely what he said he would do. Obviously he has unleashed the investigative organizations, and instructed them to take after proof and data wherever it goes. "I have tailed every one of the things you have recently said; that there are arraignments that are politically-propelled etc. "I have been tailing this, searching for either examinations or captures that are exclusively politically-propelled, or just political. I haven't found any. I think there are situations where there may be a political edge to it, however there are additionally some genuine confirmation to bolster the genuine case. "That is something we take after firmly, pretty much as you do. Slender are the ways of examinations, making captures, yet I trust Nigerians will take after nearly in the following couple of years as these cases go to court. "How they are taken care of in court, how the courts carry out their occupation, how the legislature responds when definitely they would lose a case in court, what's the response to that. All these are things that must be watched and took care of deliberately. "Be that as it may, the reason of your inquiry is totally right. In any nation, it is simple for defilement cases to start to turn wild. I don't see that incident here. I trust all Nigerians will take after that nearly, and on the off chance that you see it, say it." On whether Obama will visit Nigeria Asked if President Barack Obama will ever visit Nigeria before the termination of his residency,
Entwistle said: "No one would be more content to see President Obama come to Nigeria than me. In any case, let me advise you that President Obama is in office for six more months, which is quite a while. "In this way, we'll see what happens.

Remember that there are different approaches to do better connections than only a visit by a president. "At the point when President Buhari went to Washington a year back this month, he met for quite a while with President Obama in the Oval Office. Along these lines, we have a decent, abnormal state relationship, notwithstanding when President Obama has not been to Nigeria. Be that as it may, as I said, he will be in office for six more months. We will see what happens. On his most critical involvement in Nigeria On his most noteworthy involvement in Nigeria, he said: "I will need to about-face to the races. I found that to be a positive, verging on euphoric experience. That is something I will dependably convey in my heart until the end of time. I will always remember it. "On race day, I stayed in Abuja, yet we had our own groups everywhere throughout the nation. I went to a surveying station in FCT and conversed with an old lady. She's been there throughout the morning till that evening, and she said to me: 'This is races day. In the event that I need to remain here throughout the day keeping in mind the end goal to vote, then I will stand throughout the day.' "I said to myself whao! Infrequently it is anything but difficult to underestimate the privilege to vote. We overlook what individuals have experienced everywhere throughout the world to get their entitlement to vote, and how valuable it is. Listening to the elderly lady reminded me how valuable the privilege to vote is, and what individuals experience to get it. "I was there in Alabama when Martin Luther King made his now celebrated discourse. I recollect African-Americans dissenting, in light of the fact that they needed to vote, despite the fact that hypothetically they have had the a good fit for a hundred years. They needed to have the privilege to vote. I recall the general population being assaulted by the police in Alabama with water and canines. "That underlines to me how valuable a thing the privilege to vote is. I consider what individuals have experienced.

I saw the accentuation Nigerians put on, the tolerance that they remained in line, and the way the framework worked after that. "The votes were checked and organized; the occupant president yielded overcome and ventured down. I thought the entire procedure was extraordinarily helpful. That is the high purpose of my time here." Buhari has benefited work On whether the President had met the desires of Nigerians since he expected office a year back, the represetative said: "I see a parallel between President Buhari and President Obama. President Obama had not been in office for quite a while before individuals started to have the same sort of fretfulness. "I think in the US, many individuals overlooked how troublesome the circumstance President Obama acquired was at the time. I think the same thing is going on with President Buhari to a specific degree. "It's totally reasonable for individuals to have elevated standards. They are fretful, in light of the fact that they need to see change. In any case, President Buhari acquired a truly troublesome arrangement of circumstances, and a portion of the things he's distinguished what should have been done — end debasement, change the petroleum area, end the contention in the North East locale — are things that regardless of the fact that he acts as hard as possible, they are going to take some an opportunity to yield the sort of results individuals anticipate. "I comprehend why individuals are restless. I recall a week after introduction, taking a gander at the daily papers, there was at that point an article that said: 'Well, Mr. President, it's been a week, we haven't seen much yet.'"
It was also gathered
that the committee decided not to extend the invitation to the hotel
management as the ambassador, who released the information through a
letter to the speaker, Yakubu Dogara, is expected to have all the
documentary evidence against the three accused members.
Apart from the US Ambassador that is expected at the hearing, the
committee also extended invitation to the Minister of Foreign Affairs,
Geoffrey Onyema, Committee for the Defence of Human Rights, the three
accused lawmakers as well as the other seven members that attended the
leadership programme.
Speaking to Vanguard on phone, Chairman of the committee, Ossai, said
the committee decided not to invite the management of the hotel where
the alleged sex misconduct took place because it believed the Ambassador
would come with all the necessary video evidence on the act.
He added: “When I am given a job, I do it diligently. I don’t compromise
anything. My reputation and the reputation of the House is at stake.”
Recall that the Speaker, Dogara, while inaugurating the Ossai-led Ethics
Committee alongside the Foreign Affairs after the House resolution at
plenary on Tuesday, June 21, mandated it to investigate the culpability
of the three members involved in the alleged sex misconduct.
He described the assignment as a very serious one, since many people had
already made their conclusion that the three accused lawmakers were
culpable.
He, however, stated that “the standard in the US is that an accused is
assumed innocent until proven guilty and that is the same standard in
Nigeria. Any one who has evidence can now see the committee.”
Let the US Ambassador tender the video evidence—Nkem-Abonta, Mrakpor
Also commenting, the member representing Ukwa Federal Constituency of
Abia State, Uzoma Nkem-Abonta asked the Ambassador to tender any video
evidence he had before the committee.
He said: “Let him bring the video tape so that the whole world will see
it. I think that if that is true, that he had the video evidence, our
legislators did not behave well.”
Also commenting, Onyemaechi Joan Mrakpor, PDP, Delta, said she would not
like to preempt the committee or any evidence the Ambassador claims he
has until everything was made public.
She said: “That is his claim, he should provide the evidence. The people
(the three lawmakers) are alive to present their own explanations or
evidence.”
Buhari’s anti-graft war not selective
In another development, Ambassador Entwistle, has said the ongoing
anti-corruption war of President Muhammadu Buhari was not selective,
saying the President had done what he should do.
Entwistle, who stated this in an an interview with select journalists in
Abuja, weekend, said: “I don’t agree (that the war is selective). I
have a lot of respect for President Buhari on the corruption issue. He
made it clear during the campaigns that he was going to make that his
focus.
“He has done exactly what he said he would do. It’s clear that he has
unleashed the investigative agencies, and told them to follow evidence
and information wherever it goes.
“I have followed all the things you have just mentioned; that there are
prosecutions that are politically-motivated and so on.
“I have been following this, looking for either investigations or
arrests that are solely politically-motivated, or only political. I
haven’t found any. I think there are cases where there might be a
political angle to it, but there are also some real evidence to support
the real case.
“That’s something we follow very closely, just as you do. Narrow are the
paths of investigations, making arrests, but I hope Nigerians will
follow very closely in the next few years as these cases go to court.
“How they are handled in court, how the courts do their job, how the
government reacts when inevitably they would lose a case in court,
what’s the reaction to that. All these are things that have to be
observed and handled very carefully.
“But, the premise of your question is absolutely correct. In any
country, it is easy for corruption cases to begin to spin out of
control. I don’t see that happening here. I hope all Nigerians will
follow that very closely, and if you see it, say it.”
On whether Obama will visit Nigeria
Asked if President Barack Obama will ever visit Nigeria before the

President Muhammadu Buhari's trump card is the battle against defilement. He has understood that most Nigerians detest the blow debasement has managed on Nigeria for quite a long time. A significant part of the cash that would have been utilized to give foundation and manufacture the country has been stolen and buried in remote ledgers furthermore put resources into property and organizations abroad.

In this way, at whatever time Nigerians hear that a degenerate open officer has been captured, they run wild with bliss, requesting firm punishment for the individual. Some even request capital punishment. In any case, who can point the finger at Nigerians? Defilement has brought on the demise of numerous kids who could have survived if there were great restorative offices in our healing centers. Numerous Nigerians had kicked the bucket in street crashes created by potholes that would not have existed if the cash put aside for street development was not stole. Numerous Nigerians had passed on of drying out in the desert attempting to traverse to Europe for greener fields in light of the fact that the cash that ought to have been pumped into the economy had been stolen, leaving the country ruined.

Having acknowledged how enthusiastic Nigerians are on the issue of debasement, Buhari has exploited it completely. There is no discourse he makes in Nigeria or abroad that he doesn't nag defilement and how it has disabled the country. The same thing happens when Vice President Yemi Osinbajo, presidential associates and APC pioneers talk.

At whatever time there is a negative news story against the administration, the Presidency discharges a story on defilement or declares some gigantic measure of cash recuperated, and the consideration of people in general is instantly detracted from the pessimistic story.

In any case, there are issues that point to the way that debasement is chuckling at the endeavors being made to destroy it. The primary occurrence is the stunning pictures of malnourished and biting the dust Internally Displaced Persons in camps in Borno State discharged to the media a month ago by Doctors Without Borders. The photos looked as though they originated from some inaccessible nation attacked by war and barred from sustenance and water or like pictures of Biafran youngsters amid the Nigerian Civil War.

Specialists Without Borders said that 200 individuals passed on in a month in the camp from starvation and lack of hydration. The body portrayed the circumstance as a "disastrous helpful crisis" and said that evacuees at the camp talked about "youngsters biting the dust of appetite and burrowing new graves each day".

It was stunning that such pictures originated from an IDP camp that the Federal Government and the state governments said they had burned through billions of naira to deal with notwithstanding the different items gave by people and associations. Clearly while the President tells the world that he is battling debasement, defilement is waltzing around under his nose, taking the assets and the nourishment implied for the IDPs.

Comparative pictures rose as of late about our detainment facilities, where detainees, particularly those on the anticipating trial-list who are not permitted to venture out of the jail, were seen looking like skeletons due to starvation and ailing health. Unexpectedly, the Minister of Interior, Abdulrahman Bello Dambazau, said in May that the Federal Government had a yearly spending plan of N10bn for the bolstering of its 63,142 detainees (the populace as of March 31, 2016). Nigerians asked in stun: "What happened to that cash?" The answer is straightforward: Corruption.

Additionally, a few weeks back, it was accounted for by some news channels that the Central Bank of Nigeria left on a mystery enrollment including just offspring of the top political class. It seemed like a joke that couldn't be conceivable in the organization of Buhari, who has over and again said that he would battle defilement to a halt. However, that story ended up being valid. The Presidency said nothing in regards to that degenerate practice.

While that was fading away, another story surfaced that the Federal Inland Revenue Service had done a mystery enrollment that had the offspring of the high and the strong as recipients. Once more, the Presidency said nothing, and did nothing. No individual was rebuffed. The enlistment was not scratched off.

As though that was insufficient, a week ago, it was accounted for that the Nigerian Prisons Service had embraced its own particular mystery enrollment. Despite everything it took after the same example. Of course, the Presidency said nothing and did nothing.

Barring these three Federal Government bodies, other government bodies may have completed a comparative mystery enlistment or are wanting to do likewise. Also, there is a pattern in the greater part of the enrollment works out. To satisfy the necessity of the constitution that enlistment must mirror the government character, those enrolled were arbitrarily doled out states over the organization.

What can be reasoned from this mystery enrollment of the offspring of the powerful and all around associated is that the hush of Buhari demonstrates that he knows about it and embraces it. How then can the battle against defilement be fruitful with such happening over and over?

To know whether the battle against debasement has any impact, you have to visit any administration office or endeavor to do any exchange with any of them, whether on the elected, state or nearby government level. It is a finished instance of nothing new. Rewards are still requested boldly. There is no mystery about it. Nothing still completes if fixes are not advertised.

Buhari may put in four years in office, or a most extreme of eight years, in the event that he gets re-chose in 2019. It will be shocking if after this exertion and raised trust, we find toward the end of his residency that nothing has changed on the issue of defilement. Debasement dislike furnished burglary whose culprits can be effortlessly seen. Debasement is additionally enticing not at all like outfitted theft, which is excessively hazardous. It doesn't have the kind of terrible picture connected with furnished burglary. It pays immense profits, given the honor society accords to the individuals why should well do. In this manner, battling defilement is not as simple as battling a wrongdoing like outfitted theft. It requires a methodical and systemic methodology, with the formation of solid establishments, interest in innovation, lessening of the immediate contact of authorities with assets, reorientation, and living by case by the pioneers.

In any case, in particular, something nourishes the defilement that happens in Nigeria. It is the accessibility of free cash that is seen as having a place with no one. There is a sort of rivalry among the individuals who are included openly administration to get as much as they can. This disposition of open cash not being anyone's cash has its root in the sort of elected structure we hone, which makes all assets kept in the alliance account and shared among the three levels of government consistently. On the off chance that it is not changed for a structure that enables the states to work for their cash and pick how to spend it, defilement will proceed and even deteriorate, regardless of the considerable number of endeavors of Buhari and anyone who will come after him.

In its proclamation, the decision All Progressives Congress has this as something it would do if chose: "Start activity to correct our constitution with a perspective to reverting forces, obligations and obligations to states and nearby governments keeping in mind the end goal to dig in genuine federalism and the Federal soul." Since the APC won a year ago, its top firearms, including the gathering administrator, the President, and the Vice President, have been singing an alternate tune on the issue of rebuilding and genuine federalism.

On twisted knees, we speak to this organization to grasp rebuilding and genuine federalism to spare Nigeria from debasement, retrogression and ethnic and religious strife.
Nigeria's economy will probably get this year as energy deficiencies and the postponed spending plan weigh on yield, the International Monetary Fund has said.

"I think there is a high probability that 2016 in general will be a contractionary year," the IMF Country Representative in Nigeria, Gene Leon, said.

While the economy ought to look better in the second 50% of the year, development will most likely not "be adequately quick, adequately fast to have the capacity to nullify the result of" the first and second quarters, he included.

The country's Gross Domestic Product contracted by 0.4 for every penny in the three months through March, the primary withdrawal in over 10 years, as oil yield and costs drooped and the endorsement of spending arrangements for 2016 was postponed.

A cash peg and outside trade exchanging limitations, which were expelled a month ago after over a year, prompted deficiencies of merchandise from fuel to drain and added to the constriction in the principal quarter.

Leon said while conditions that blocked development in the principal half of the year may have been diminished, regardless they weighed on the economy, Bloomberg reported.

He recorded the conditions as fuel and power deficiencies, outside trade lack and higher cost of dollars at the parallel business sector.

The Washington-based moneylender cut its 2016 development figure for Nigeria to 2.3 for each penny in its April Regional Economic Outlook from 3.2 for every penny anticipated in February.

The World Bank brought down its gauge to 0.8 for each penny a month ago, refering to shortcoming from oil-yield disturbances and low costs.

A year ago's extension of 2.7 for every penny was the slowest in two decades, as per IMF information.

Leon said, "A great many people would concur that in the event that you ought to settle one thing in this nation, it ought to be force. There is a need to begin changing the force condition from 2016, from today, not tomorrow or later."

Leon said while swelling would presumably proceed with its upward pattern through the end of this current year, it won't not surpass 20 for every penny.

The national bank's Monetary Policy Committee "might be interested in enduring somewhat more expansion if development rises as the need, instead of gagging swelling and crushing the little life out of development," Leon said.

"Be that as it may, the national bank, in conjunction with the Monetary Policy Committee, should be clear to members in business sectors what precisely their need is," he included.

FRUIT IS THE MOST IMPORTANT FOOD.
Let's say you eat two slices of bread and then a slice of fruit.

The slice of fruit is ready to go straight through the stomach into the intestines, but it is prevented from doing so due to the bread taken before the fruit.

In the meantime the whole meal of bread & fruit rots and ferments and turns to acid.

The minute the fruit comes into contact with the food in the stomach and digestive juices, the entire mass of food begins to spoil.

So please eat your fruits on an empty stomach or before your meals !*

You have heard people complaining :

Every time I eat watermelon I burp, when I eat durian my stomach bloats up, when I eat a banana I feel like running to the toilet, etc.. etc..

Actually all this will not arise if you eat the fruit on an empty stomach.

The fruit mixes with the putrefying of other food and produces gas and hence you will bloat !

This was disclosed by the Bayelsa State Commissioner for Information and Orientation, Jonathan Obuebite, on Thursday.
The decision was in fulfilment of the agreement reached between the government and Labour at a meeting to resolve the ongoing industrial dispute.
Speaking at press briefing to announce the outcome of the 61st session of the State Executive Council in Yenagoa, Obuebite said the government has also ordered the payment of civil servants salaries for the month of May, 2016.
According to him, the government has since released funds for the payment of teachers’ January salaries and directed all accounting officers to ensure that, the workers, including those in the Rural Development Areas are paid their May salaries without further delay.
He said Council called on the Academic Staff Union of Universities and other labour unions in the Niger Delta University to call off their strike action, and expressed the government’s commitment to the welfare and development of the institution.
Obuebite said: “The Bayelsa State Government has met its agreement of releasing 100 per cent of the January salary to ASUU, NASU and graduate assistants as requested by the unions. So, as we speak, that payment has been made.
“We are all aware that NDU is our pet project, as it is the only state-owned university. So, this government is committed to the welfare of the academic and non-academic staff, as well as the students community of NDU. We want our students to return to school and pursue their academics.
“Council has also decided to use this medium to inform Bayelsans and, especially the civil servants that the salaries for May have been released to all the MDAs, including the RDAs.”
The State Commissioner for Education, Deacon Markson Fefegha, and Special Adviser to the Governor on Political Matters, Fyneman Wilson, explained that but for some irregularities identified during the verification and payment exercise, all secondary teachers would have received their full January salaries by now, as ordered by the government last week.
They, however, assured that all genuine teachers and workers in both primary and secondary schools would be paid in the next few days, when the re-verification exercise, intended to reconcile the observed differences would have been completed.
On her part, the Commissioner for Local Government Administration, Agatha Goma, said Council reaffirmed its resolve to continue the supervision of the payment of workers’ salaries in the various councils of the state.
Goma, who urged all council staff to remain calm, promised that every machinery has been put in place for the payment of two months salaries to all workers, including pensioners and primary school teachers.
The SEC also congratulated Governor Henry Seriake Dickson on the conferment of a Honorary Doctorate degree in Public Administration on him by the Ekiti State University.
can make families uncomfortable because teenagers do not want their parent
always sticking their nose in their personal work and none of the parents want
their children to keep away from most of the advantages that internet can
provide.

<span style="color: black; mso-bidi-font-family: Calibri; mso-bidi-font-weight: bold; mso-bidi-theme-font: minor-latin; mso-fareast-font-family: "Times New Roman"; mso-font-kerning: 18.0pt; mso-themecolor: text1;">There is a question for every parent, who is your child friend on Face
book? Of course you do not know because your skills are not enough to keep up
with advancing technology. It’s a problem of every parent because there are
many hurdles that make digital parenting difficult. The very first and biggest
problem is generation gap. In 1990’s the children use to play games like
monopoly, candy land and carom board or any physical game. But today, none of
the children want to play such games; they want to play online thrilling games.
In old times, parents use to play with their children but now they do not know
how to play online games and their children are not interested in other
physical games. It’s very difficult for the parents to learn the advancing
technology, but they should try to decrease this generation gap in order to
involve with their children.

<span style="color: black; mso-bidi-font-family: Calibri; mso-bidi-font-weight: bold; mso-bidi-theme-font: minor-latin; mso-fareast-font-family: "Times New Roman"; mso-font-kerning: 18.0pt; mso-themecolor: text1;">Internet has many advantages, many children visit online educational
websites and their parents always appreciate them. Some parents consider
internet as a big threat but they do not know what to do about it. Rest of the
parents does not have time to pay attention on what their child is doing or
with whom he is communicating. There is also a solution, the parents should
keep in mind that internet has many disadvantages. They should set some rules
about which online website their child should not open. The parents should use
a proper way to enforce that rules, not only on computers but also on mobile
phones because they are the small computers.

together for discussion or for watching TV the teenagers often prefer texting. This
is the easiest and most advance way of communication. Advanced technology is
changing social life and relationships rapidly. At first people need to go
physically to a person whom they want to communicate but now texting, calling
etc is preferred. For your child sitting in front of computer is just like
talking to a stranger.

It’s not easy to be a good parent but
far more easy than being a good digital parent. Even if you are protecting your child from the
harms of internet, there are still many bad things that may be harmful for

This was especially after I received an
article that made my jaw drop and also informed the title of this post. Now, I
know sugar is not great for the body and all but for me, it was baffling how a
substance so sweet can have ugly and life-threatening effects on the body.

Well, after intense research, all I would say is if we can cut sugar out of our
diet, we would probably be 90% healthy and in relation with stunning skin, this
indulgence WOULD ABSOLUTELY make any pretty
lady lose her youthful skin in a flash to a delicious, subtle yet
virulent enemy. This hits hard at the age of 30 and onwards..

Sugar is basically evil.

We all know the negative effects of
sugar to our health, from obesity to diabetes, but do you know that SUGAR
and SUN DAMAGE are the two main causes of thorough aging? Collagen cells are
basically the secret of youth, they are vibrant and responsible for luminous
and great looking skin. I found out that sugar actually curls around these
collagen cells, stiffens these cells and destroys them by basically attacking
these cells and making them tough and inflexible=wrinkled cells=wrinkled skin.
This process is called glycation.

An article (www.livingto150.com)
referred to this as "a nightmare
process which degrades important body tissues. It must be dramatically reduced
if aging is to be minimized".

So high blood glucose=sugar causes
tough, wrinkled cells and this occurs all through the body. Tough, inelastic
connective tissue is also very damaging to organs where flexibility is vital
such as the heart, kidneys, brain, eyes
and pancreas. This inflexibility leads to reduced functionality and early death
and that's the reason diabetics suffer from organ ailments or failures earlier
than most people because their raised blood sugar level produces greater
glycation.

Now, what can stop glycation? this
deadly process cannot be stopped completely but
it can (thankfully) be reduced considerably by making changes in our
lifestyle and diet. Since high blood glucose encourages glycation, we must cut
out sugar from our diet as much as possible.

We need to watch and curb our
intake of carbohydrates such as starchy foods (rice, pasta, grains, potatoes,
bread etc), junk food or comfort food such as ice creams and chocolate. This,
for me, is really a prayer point but I find that as I take more interest in
what I eat and apply DISCIPLINE, its not so impossible, after all. Add large
amounts of vegetables, beans, fruits to your diet rather than starchy sources.
High temperature cooking also produces glycation, so its NECESSARY to eat more
of raw than cooked foods such as salads fruit shakes. It is also better to
steam and simmer meals rather than cooking.

Now, I must state here that this is
probably one of the most serious posts I have written. Glycation is responsible
for so loads of degenerative diseases and fighting against this process is not
only great for the skin but could also ensure longevity.

Exercise at least three times a week also. So, this is not only
about the skin, the skin just covers what is going on inside. Lets not let our
appetites reduce our life-span, we need to watch very closely what we ingest
ALL THE TIME. With great health comes great skin!

10 Super-foods New Moms Should Eat

New moms have quite stressful lives. They have to take care of their baby and return to the commitments they have had before the baby was born. In the meantime, you also want to lose baby weight and improve your overall health, particularly when you’re breastfeeding. The best way to improve your health, become more energetic, and lose those extra pounds is to exercise whenever you can (e.g. while the baby is sleeping) and eating healthy foods. A healthy diet is a must, which is why this article lists ten superfoods or nutrient power bombs that all new moms should eat.

1. Eggs

According to Leah Keller, pre- and postnatal fitness expert and founder of the Dia Method, it’s important for new moms to start the day with healthy breakfast. Eggs are the quick and easy way to supply your body with protein. However, make sure you eat entire egg (egg whites and yolk) because experts reveal that our body is unable to metabolize protein without it.

2. Oatmeal

Oats are a natural superfood because they are 100% whole grain and are abundant in vitamins and minerals. That’s why oatmeal is ideal for weight loss after pregnancy. Plus, because oatmeal contains high levels of fiber, it acts as an appetite suppressant thus making you eat less and suppresses cravings. High fiber content regulates digestion. Here’s another important reason you should eat oatmeal, it increases your milk supply. Plus, oatmeal is rich in iron thus addressing anemia which is quite common in new moms.

3. Leafy green vegetables

Most new moms suffer from joint pain. There are numerous joint pain causes in new moms. Increasing weight during pregnancy forms a big pressure onto your joints and hormonal imbalances are one of the main causes as well. There are different ways to relieve joint pain, and adequate diet is one of them. Vegetables like Brussels sprouts, kale, spinach, broccoli, and bok choy are rich in antioxidants that ward off arthritis pain and slow down its progression. Also, deficiency of folic acid is associated with depression, and leafy greens are excellent sources of folic acid and iron.

4. Almonds

Almonds are a great source of iron and protein which means they can suppress your appetite and provide the energy boost. Journal of the American Heart Association study conducted by Claire E. Berryman of the Pennsylvania State University showed that eating one and a half ounces of almonds on a daily basis can reduce belly fat and prevent cardiometabolic diseases.

5. Apricots

Apricots are rich in fiber, vitamins A and C, and potassium which are necessary for your overall health. Eating apricots regularly increases prolactin which is a hormone that informs your body to produce milk. You should bear in mind that fresh and dried apricots are better options than canned alternatives.

6. Beans

According to the CDC about 9% of women in childbearing age have an iron deficiency or anemia which can cause sluggishness and fatigue. Beans and other legumes are abundant in iron and are also loaded with protein and fiber which will give you steady energy while keeping hunger at bay.

7. Whole milk yogurt

Instead of low-fat or fat-free yogurts, you should opt for plain or regular Greek yogurt. According to Leah Keller, any naturally occurring animal fat is good for you. Whole milk varieties make you feel more satisfied and provide your body with healthy fats to get your hormones back to normal. Don’t add sugar or some other sweeteners to your whole milk yogurt, but you can add berries or some other delicious fruits.

8. Dates

Dates are rich in calcium and belong to the group of foods that increase milk supply because they increase prolactin just like apricots. They are rich in fiber and are sweet in flavor which means you won’t crave for unhealthy sweets and candies. Here’s a great tip: you can chop dates and add them to dates or yogurt.

9. Blueberries

All new moms should include blueberries to their diet. They are rich in antioxidants which destroy free radicals and keep you free from a wide array of diseases. It’s needless to mention that blueberries are good for your skin as well.

10. Salmon
As already mentioned, joint pain is quite common in pregnancy, and it also follows new moms after the labor. This is particularly uncomfortable for women who were diagnosed with arthritis before pregnancy. For example, women who suffer from rheumatoid arthritis which is one of the most common types of arthritis can experience increased fatigue. There are many anti-inflammatory foods you can eat, and salmon is one of them. It is one of the richest sources of Omega 3 fatty acids, folate, vitamins C and D all of which are necessary to relieve the pain. Plus, salmon is rich in protein which is much-needed for new moms.

Conclusion

New moms need a lot of energy to keep up with all commitments. This article listed ten superfoods that all new moms should add to their diet. All foods from the list are rich in vitamins, minerals, proteins, and other healthy nutrients.
